Tutu Tutorial For GIMP

NOTE: I do not own GIMP. I only use it. :3 It is awsome..If you dont have it then you should try it..Unless you can afford Photoshop.. =3=

I decided to make a tutorial for all the GIMP users out
there that would want to make a tutu for any reason..

GIMP is a free of charge digital art program.
Its kinda like Photoshop but less..abstract(?)
